MORTUARY WORKERS TO TAKE LICENSURE EXAMS
In a groundbreaking move, the Mortuary and Funeral Facilities Agency (MoFFA) has announced that mortuary workers in Ghana will soon be required to take licensing exams before they can be employed.
This historic move aims to ensure that mortuary workers operate in a safe and regulated environment.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MoFFA, Dr. Yaw Twerefour has said this new requirement is in line with the agency’s laws and regulations.
Speaking at a conference in Accra, Dr. Twerefour emphasized the importance of this initiative, urging mortuary workers and the public to comply.
